We want our clients to shop with total peace of mind. Here is our detailed warranty structure for products and services sold at Shree Ram Computer, Giridih.

Refurbished Laptop Warranty

Every certified refurbished/second-hand laptop comes with a 6-Month Store Warranty covering motherboard and hardware malfunctions.
The laptop battery and charger are covered under a 1-Month limited replacement warranty.
Warranty is void if there are signs of physical damage, water spillage, screen cracking, or if the warranty seals are broken or tampered with.

New Products Warranty

All brand-new laptops, hard drives, SSDs, routers, and printers carry their respective official manufacturer warranty (typically 1 to 3 years depending on the brand). Shree Ram Computer will assist you in coordinating with authorized local service centers for HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, and CP Plus, but the final warranty claim is handled by the respective brand.

CCTV Surveillance Systems

CP Plus and Hikvision DVRs, NVRs, and cameras carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Our cabling and installation services include 3 months of free onsite wiring maintenance support in Giridih Town. Support requests beyond 3 months may attract basic technician visiting fees.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on purchases. However, if a product is found defective within 3 days of purchase, it can be exchanged for the same model or a product of equivalent value, provided it is returned with its original packaging, invoices, and accessories intact.
