Service Bookings & Repair terms

For computer, printer, or laptop hardware repairs, we run diagnostics first. Standard diagnostic fees may apply if the client chooses not to proceed with the repair after a quote is provided. We are not liable for data loss during operating system installations or chip-level servicing; clients are strongly advised to back up critical data before handing over devices.
